ABOUT ME

I have been working in the Telecommunications Industry for almost a decade. I started my career as an on site PBX and analog wiring technician. I went through various positions including Network Operations Center Technician and eventually Network and Telephony Engineer for multiple nationwide companies. I grew up on the South Shore and I want to take that experience and put it to work for the local community. With the Recent move to At-Home work and many small businesses populating the area, the time seemed right to start offering a local support for IT. An option that is a more friendly hand to help and explain what is actually happening instead of a nationwide technician who is just interested in completing their work form. I hope to provide the South Shore with excellent local IT support while being an affordable option for everyone.
