Small Business
Busines Network/ Wifi Initial Installation
$150 for standard install Package
Install New Hardware provided by your service Provider and confirm connectivity to all of your devices on site. Hands on speed testing will also be run on any devices to ensure that setup is working inside the location and not just at the router.
Busines Network/Wifi Troubleshooting
$125/hr with a one hour minimum if dispatched to business location. Billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour.
Scheduled On-site Network Connectivity Troubleshooting and Cable Management. Including Speed tests, Network Analyzation at a LAN and WAN level, Cable repair, WiFI Heat Mapping, and speed testing, circuit utilization testing, Service Provider Bandwidth testing.
*Please note all jobs that require on site work will include a $20 service travel fee.
Emergency Network Servicing
$250/hr with a one hour minumum. billed in hourly increments
*****If available, service within the hour to get to your location and troubleshoot or restore down or diminished connectivity. New LAN hardware will be brought on site and available for new installation if necessary, extra hardware charges apply

Residential
Work From Home, Office Setup
$125 package
Package includes connecting computers, monitors, phones, docking stations, and anything else that is included from your work that will be networked.

Work from Home, Office Troubleshooting
$100/hr for Home Office Troubleshooting. NO Minimum and billed in convenient 15 minute increments so you are never paying for longer than your repair takes!
I will come by and evaluate the network and work from home design. This will include speed testing and network analyzation at both a local (LAN) and Service Provider (WAN) Level. I will then assist in the reconfiguration and/or moving reinstallation of the router/APs at the home.

New Home Router or Extender Installation
$100/hr for Router/Extender Installation billed in 30 minute increments
I will come by and install the new router or I will set up any extenders/mesh network hubs at your home/business. I will then run speed tests to confirm new devices maintain proper network speeds. I will reconnect all of your devices to your new network.

Switch to Streaming Package
$100
For a flat fee of $100 I will come to your home and assist with any setting up of new accounts, televisions, and streaming boxes to ensure that you are connected in every device in the house that you want to be.

Specialized Telephony Services
$175/hr
Specialized Business Telephony services including SBC Installation and configuration, UCaaS, Freeswitch, SIP troubleshooting and VoIP installation
Contract Dispatches
$200/hr with a one hour minimum. Billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour
Contract work for IT Management companies for Corporate Office dispatches to work on site troubleshooting support tickets.
Remote Support Troubleshooting
$50/hr billed in 30 minute increments
Available to all Residential, Business, and IT companies
Issues that customer's can be walked through over the phone.
****Please note that if longer than 30 minutes is needed I will confer with the customer on whether to continue or go on site. Travel fee waived for phone calls that turn to on site visits.
